Mark Fiebig, President / Chief Executive Officer

Mark Fiebig is the president and founder of SES of Illinois. Passion and excellence are his hallmarks. He brings a lifetime of experience from the business world to the company to promote the educational advancement of school children. He takes pride in serving as a community leader, partner and member of school improvement teams. As president, Mr. Fiebig oversees all business aspects and the day to day operations of SES of Illinois.

Joe Bruno, General Manager

Joe Bruno is the president and CEO of Edge Management Consulting, LLC. He serves as a full time consultant to SES of Illinois as the general manager assisting Mr. Fiebig in the day to day operations of the company. Joe has more than 30 years of business and service delivery experience in a variety of industries and has served as an adjunct faculty member for Webster University’s graduate study program. Joe Bruno has a bachelor’s degree from the University of the State of New York and an MBA from Chapman University in Orange, CA.

Celia Ramirez, Chief Curriculum Officer

Celia Ramirez serves as the chief curriculum officer for SES of Illinois. She has worked in the field of education as a classroom teacher and literacy specialist. She is experienced in creating school-wide, balanced literacy programs. She has also served as a professional development coordinator for under-achieving schools. Celia has been involved in creating cooperative learning communities and managing department budgets. She first brought her expertise to SES of Illinois as a Lead Tutor and currently serves as the chief curriculum officer. Celia Ramirez received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from National Louis University and has a master’s in educational administration from Governors State University in Illinois.

Vince Schwerin, Senior Field Representative

Vince Schwerin has been in the technical work field for the past 23 years. He brings his technical prowess to help manage day to day operations both in the office and in the field as a field representative. His loyalty and dedication to his work make him a valued asset to SES of Illinois. Mr. Schwerin currently is responsible for managing SES of Illinois services in eleven schools in the Chicago Public School System.

SES of Illinois proudly employs a number of field representatives to lead our efforts in schools that select SES of Illinois as a service provider. Our representatives possess a diverse background in education and business and are passionate about our efforts to improve student performance in the classroom.
